The news just keeps getting better with the recruitment of ex-Victorian and Tasmania paceman, Andrew Fekete.
Andrew has played 39 x times at first class level taking 128 wickets at a very respectable average of just on 30. In addition he played 6 x seasons of BBL cricket for the Thunder, Renegades and Heat. At premier level Andrew played 170 games for Richmond and Camberwell Magpies taking nearly 300 wickets. Most recently he was the skipper at Camberwell Magpies CC and will provide invaluable support to his ex-Magpie team mate Rickars.
We welcome Andrew, wife Pip and son Hugh to the Rooster family.

All Rooster supporters will be familiar with Tom’s exploits with the bat – 2200 runs at an average of over 51 (second only to Val Holten) and four consecutive +500 run seasons. In addition to his batting skills, he possesses superior tactical ability which has been on show whilst filling in as skipper over the last few seasons and as Mick’s vice-captain. Most importantly Tom possesses those people skills that young cricketers naturally gravitate to. He is a contemporary guy well suited to our demographic and a natural leader.
Everyone at Rooster land takes this opportunity to congratulate Tom on his appointment.
